1. Processing of personal data

MODA Organise processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR / RODO) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal data is secure and protected against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction.

The processing of data includes all operations performed on personal data of users of modaorganise.com, including collection, storage, and analysis for the purpose of providing our services.
We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

 

4. Purposes and legal bases of processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

(a) Order processing and account management

To execute your order, communicate with you about it, manage your account, and fulfill the sales agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We also process data to comply with our legal and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

(b) Legitimate interests

We may process data for our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), e.g.:

  • establishing or defending legal claims,

  • internal analytics and service improvement,

  • direct marketing of our own products.

(c) Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your data will be processed for marketing and promotional purposes (Article 6(1)(a) or (f) GDPR).
You must be over 16 years old to subscribe. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

(e) Contractors / partners

  • Orders: stored for the period required by tax and accounting regulations.

  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent (plus up to 30 days for processing).

  • User account: until you request deletion, extended by up to 30 days for technical completion.

  • Marketing: until you object to further processing.
