shipping & returns

shipping:
goods will be dispatched on working days, within 48h from placing the order. shipping rates are estimated upon check out. we will try our best to send out every order on the same day. otherwise orders will be sent out the next day.

returns:

if you want to return your purchase for any reason, we can offer you a full refund or exchange. the refund will be for the item itself. unfortunately we can not refund any taxes, duties, charges or shipping fees for returns. our returns policy entitles you to return the product within 14 days of having received it. we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. you will find the address for returns on your e-mail. any products purchased in our regular sale can be returned but can't be refunded. instead, you will receive a store credit for the same amount as the order value. for any further questions: contact@modaorganise.com
